Cancellation policy


Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or through a "try before you buy" option. These cancellation policies explain how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries. The frequency depends on the subscription term you choose.
Your payment information will be securely stored, and charges for each delivery will be automatically billed unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically after their term expires. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Order confirmation emails include links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders When you pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not yet in stock. We may not charge you at all, or we may charge a partial deposit when the order is processed, save your payment method, and then process the order and charge the full or remaining amount in the future.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a product with the “Try Before You Buy” option, we’ll authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You’ll have a set amount of time to decide if you want to keep the product. After that time has passed, if you don’t return the product, we’ll charge your payment method the full amount.
